A trustworthy source for some complex legal advice
We became trustees of a small trust and had to manage probate, trust, property sale and purchase. We have had excellent service that has been carefully tailored for our needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Churchers - not the least expensive, but good value for money. In particular, I have been grateful how the probate and trust services allowed us to work closely with the solicitors, without being forced down a particular route. For instance, Chris Matthews met directly with our financial advisor to check the proposed trust investment was fit-for-purpose.

Professional and friendly service.

Documentation was quickly prepared
We required advice and action on preparing joint wills. Our appointment with Mr Matthews was very informative and he clearly explained all of the elements of the process so that we understood exactly what was involved and the options open to us. Documentation was quickly prepared, and we returned for a review meeting which successfully completed the process.
