I called Churchers for some legal advice about my dispute with a training website. I was helped by Claire Bond who listened carefully then advised me to go to small claims court because of the amount involved. Claire sent me a link to the small claims website there was no change. It was as Great experience.

I had a serious head injury in the water in a swimming pool in September 2020. I needed advice and spoke with my local Churchers Solicitors who put me in touch with Claire Bond. Claire called me and we had a long conversation about my injury and how she could help. I checked out Claire and Churchers via a search engine and was happy to proceed. Claire and her colleague Natasha were always polite and professional and informed me of what they intended to do. My injury exacerbated pre existing issues so wasn’t straight forward. Claire was patient with me when my ‘head was all over the place’. Both Claire and Natasha would get back in touch at the earliest opportunity if I had called with a concern or worry. I would be updated every few months as to the costings and how my case was progressing. I didn’t realise it would take over three years but my concerns were dealt with in a sensitive manner as I had numerous Professionals to deal with and reports to be written and appointments to attend. I started to ‘get better mentally’ in Year 3 and have made great progress. I am in a much better place now and have to say ‘thanks’ to both Claire and Natasha for their advice, guidance and compassion during this period.
My Case is coming to an end and I am pleased with the work done and the outcome. I would most certainly recommend Claire and Natasha and of course, Churchers Solicitors who care and will explain what’s happening even on multiple occasions and to make sure you (me) as the Client is always happy to proceed.

Work Injury

I was in need of objective council as to the validity of a claim I wished to undertake using the small claims system. Claire's advise was clear, concise and jargon free. I would highly recommend Claire Bond
My injury was very complex and because of existing personal matters it made my claim even more difficult to settle. However Clare Bond from the Southsea office from start to end remained professional and kept me up to date on all matters. Anything I did not understand Claire would explain until i completely understood and always had in mind the best possible outcome of my case. I can thoroughly recommend Churchers
I can thoroughly recommend Churchers Solicitors after having had cause to use their services after having had a fall at a well known fast food outlet 2 years ago. Claire Bond from the Cosham branch dealt with my personal injury claim and is a credit to her profession. I can honestly say that Claire was professional as well as pleasant and friendly. She kept me completely in the loop throughout the whole business, having made it clear at the very beginning that it wouldn't be a speedy process. Even during the lockdown periods of 2020, Claire kept in touch and made sure I was always up to date with each stage of the claim. I finally received a very satisfying settlement at the beginning of this month and am extremely grateful for all the work Claire put in to negotiate a fair settlement for me. I would be more than happy to call upon Churchers again should I need the services of a solicitor in the future.

Communication is key
