Solicitor at Hatch Brenner LLP

Caroline Billings

Solicitor - Partner

SRA ID: 314105

I qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined the Private Client Department at Hatch Brenner in 2009. I was appointed to the Partnership in April 2017, and am the Head of the Private Client Department. I advise clients in relation to wills, probate, administration of estates and intestacy, powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications, trust issues including setting up and administration and disputed wills. I particularly like working with older clients and assisting clients with inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning. I am a friendly and approachable solicitor who will deal with your legal issues using straightforward explanation and tailoring solutions depending on your circumstances as I do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach. Finding a course of action that is right for you as an individual is my goal. I studied at Hull University and completed my LPC at the College of Law, York. I have been a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since 2007.

A Quality Service

5

I instructed Hatch Brenner to prepare my will and LPA's after being impressed by the way they dealt with my late mother's estate.

I found the staff very helpful, friendly and professional. the costs were fixed and i was not involved until the LPA's were registered some 5 months later.

Very Happy with the service provided.
