Amazing service. Communication was fantastic. Claire and Cerys were always on point with the whole journey and excellent with both their advice and communication which was provided throughout. Myself and my husband felt very reassured and with this being such a big move and relocation for us all it was vital to know that our affairs were kept in order and we were definitely not disappointed! Very happy with our dealings with Claire, our case was at times very tricky and testing but with Claires knowledge and support it made the process less stressful, we were under pressure to meet a deadline to which Claire made every effort to meet, in our opinion she went way and beyond. I was recommended this solicitors by my colleague. This is the second time I have bought a property in the U.K. and this experience was so much better this time, mostly due to Ward Gethyn Archer. Claire and Cerys were easy to get a hold of, kind when discussing things, proactive and knowledgable. They supported us greatly, and gave us helpful advice for dealing with the seller and estate agent. The fees were really reasonable

Second time we’ve used WGA, again we weren’t disappointed . Claire and her assistant were fast and efficient from the get go. They were at the end of the phone straight away if needed and dealt with my queries promptly. Would definitely recommend.

I was mostly satisfied with the service provided. Professional and most often a timely reply to queries. However we were delayed in exchanging contracts due to avoidable errors and I found myself constantly chasing the office and my solicitor for updates. 1 - the grant of probate from sellers we were waiting for arrived in mid August. I had been informed the contract was almost drawn up as we were only waiting for that document to exchange. The contract had not be sent out or done until I had continually chased from start of September. 2 - When the contract was ready it was sent to our old address (which the firm was aware we had already sold). Therefore there was over a weeks delay in receiving it via Royal Mail redirection we had. This meant I had to drive to the office to get another copy, get it signed and return the same day in order to ensure things were no longer delayed. The error was found in the HM revenues land transaction form that I spotted and highlighted (however this was swiftly rectified). As never being through the process myself - more detailed timeline of what was to be expected to actually exchange and complete would have also meant less chasing on my part as I felt in the dark.
