We used Ward Gethin Archer for our first home purchase and were represented by Michaela Watts throughout the conveyancing process. After a previous sale had fallen through due to a broken chain, we were understandably anxious going into the process again, but Michaela got us into our new home in less than 10 weeks from our first viewing to moving in. Buying a property is stressful at the best of times, and ours came with its fair share of complications, none of which of course were down to Michaela.
