I approached Churchers solicitors from a recommendation to take care of my conveyancing on my new purchase, I very helpful and pleasant lady called Rachael was allocated to look after me and that she did. At any time I needed information or requested documents she was prompt and kept me informed throughout the process which most people hate. She made everything feel smooth and easy.
What’s also helped was Churchers have other branches so I did not have to travel to a specific branch to sign papers etc. documents would then be sent to the correct branch via next day delivery.
I would highly recommend for conveyancing from my experience and would certainly use again.

My house move was seamless!
As a first time buyer I had no idea how the legal side of buying a house worked, Rachael was so kind throughout. I had so many questions and worries and Rachael was so prompt to reply and put me at ease.

Outstanding service
Rachael was so kind and helpful to me. As a first time buyer I didn’t really Understand the whole legal side of buying a house. She was so through in all her check, communicated really well and explained everything.

Superb
Extremely pleased with the service provided. Always felt informed, engaged and important.
We had been let down by a estate agent recommended online conveyancer 8 weeks after having an offer accepted and needed to find a solicitor who could get us caught up to the same position as others in the chain. We actually overtook everyone being in a position to exchange in record time!
Online Solicitors may well be cheaper but you get what you pay for. Rachael at Churchers was worth every penny.
