Legal Process
From the time of death of a cousin, Jacqui Neate took me through the process until Probate was granted. Always there for me whenever Explanation and assistance was required. Worth it.
Anthony Fripp took the rest of the estate until sale of the house was completed. A few glitches were cleared up pretty quickly and funds transferred.

Selling property services
Anthony from WBW has provided conveyancing services for us a few times now, and I would thoroughly recommend him for any conveyancing needs. Most recently, we've just completed on the sale of a property and at all times he was available, on it, and proactive on what wasn't a straightforward sale.

Diligent and personable
Anthony Fripp from WBW undertook conveyancing on a commercial lease for my company. He was always contactable, aware of the situation in our complicated negotiations and diligent in ensuring that we got the detail through that we requested. Highly recommended!

First time with WBW - Outstanding Service
WBW acted on a property sale & purchase in London. (circa £1.2m/£1.8m respectively).
I had not used them before but were recommended to me by John Byne who I had previously used and whose practise was merged into WBW a few years ago. Despite being new to me and the fact that I have never actually met them face to face (I live in London, WBW are based in Torquay) they very quickly gained my trust and confidence and were absolutely outstanding on all levels. They were professional, courteous, detailed and above all outstanding communicators! I would recommend WBW without hesitation (Lucy Davis was my main contact with Anthony Fripp - Both exceeded my expectations).

Absolutely ridiculous
