I joined the firm in October 2008 and am responsible for assisting family clients across the firm’s Watton, Swaffham and Dereham offices. I advise on all aspects of Family Law including divorce, civil partnership dissolution, and in particular upon financial issues that follow a relationship breakdown. I also specialise in issues regarding children such as child contact arrangements and residence disputes. I can also advise on and prepare Cohabitation Agreements, Separation Agreements, Pre-Nuptial Agreements and Change of Name Deeds. As part of Ward Gethin Archer’s commitment to the local community, I regularly attend the Citizen’s Advice Bureau to offer free advice to clients. Furthermore, as part of the firm’s support of our local military families, I routinely visit military bases to hold free advice clinics. From the moment I popped into the swaffham branch to ask about an appointment for changing personal details the lady on reception was very polite and welcoming, when I had my appointment again the young lady was very helpful made me feel at ease. Everything was dealt with quickly and nothing was too much trouble I am very pleased with the service I have received.

I am not overly impressed with the amount of typos that I had to keep picking up on in the emails that I was sent. This kept happening for the year it took to deal with my divorce. I got overcharged too and queried if I was being billed for my correction of the typing mistakes.
I did receive an apology and a corrected invoice. I wish I had mentioned the typos sooner as my bill could have been a lot less.
