In my role I advise on the making of wills and the administration of estates after someone has died. I am also responsible for the making and registering of Lasting Powers of Attorney and the appointment of deputies through the Court of Protection, and managing elderly client’s financial affairs. I started working in a Legal Environment in 1978 and have been specialising in Private Client work since 1986. I was admitted as a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) on 31 January 1996 and as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives on 19 December 1997.
