Excellent professionalism and support offered. Often answered my questions quickly and were very supportive, resulting in the completion of my house purchase. Only concern was a security breach where my mail was sent to the wrong address a couple of times, however this again was dealt with professionally and i appreciated that.

Competent? Yes. With the first problem I enquired about. They seem to be far too busy to deal with me since however. Which is very disappointing as they are the only solicitors who's competence I trust. Unfortunately I don't consider a three week delay in getting started and continued silence acceptable, so while I still trust their competence I'm now quite weary of them otherwise. I will be seeking legal understanding of my current situation elsewhere.

Recently completed a house sale and purchase with GA. Tracey did a superb job and worked tirelessly ensuring we were kept up to date with everything. . We had no problems due to the thoroughness of Tracey setting expectations that were realistic. This was the second time I have used GA and I would use them again in the future. The only thing that Tracey could have done more would have been to help with the move :) . Top marks to GA a very good solicitors

Do not work with these solicitors. I used them for buying my first home and I had to chase for communication, and I had to correct things on their work (e.g. wrong postcode to my new home). Additionally, a certificate was overlooked (I rely on their expertise for advice) and now I am having to pay £3-5K to get something fixed in my home. I have left them a complaint to deal with this issue but I have had ZERO response. Therefore, I want to make those aware (who are potentially considering them) of these issues, so they don't have the same problems.

Give this solicitor a wide berth; they proved incapable of acting proactively on my behalf and consequently cost me the opportunity of buying a property in a limited time frame (5 months). They had to be driven throughout the process and I eventually ran out of time despite having a mortgage in place and no forward chain. Customer services were also lacking, and communication poor. Thoroughly disappointed.
