Elite Law(Metha) provided a competitive quote for overseeing(completing on) a Bridging Loan against a Commercial Shop and Second Home property on my behalf and managed to complete this within the tight time frames required for this type of re-financing navigating through a number of challenges along the way. I have been very happy with the service provided and the completion date set out early in the process was met perfectly. Professional, trustworthy, proactive and focussed 100% on the clients need. Would happily use Elite again and would highly recommend them to others needing this level of service especially when a Commercial property is involved in the refinancing.

Took them 17 weeks to get to exchange on a simple no chain conveyance.. heard many excuses ranging from bounced emails from solicitors, estate agents and mortgage companies/personal holidays with no cover/waiting on mortgage companies/ rude and patronising emails to vendors solicitors/telling estate agents one thing and vendors solicitors another story/demanding land registry amendments when not needed. Very nearly lost their client the property.. the most difficult conveyance I have experienced and I have bought and sold over 5 properties in the last 3 years. The head of conveyancing was a particular delight! I'd keep googling if I were you.

Eloise Herdman assisted in the probate/trust/IHT issues I had re my mother and father’s estate. She was so professional and explained everything in a clear and concise manner especially as I was overwhelmed by the legalities of everything.
