The anxiety of having to go through all the formalities and procedure whilst being unaware of the future, was very much present in mind when I Initially began my claim however after having spoken to Jon via email and phone, my mind was soon at ease with any formalities in that regard. Throughout the 3+ years Jon was; -Thorough -Understanding -Concise -Coherent -Informative Jon understood that I was concerned that I may not ask the questions that needed to be asked as I was unaware of what needed to be known. Jon was consistant in making sure I understood my options. As this review is an overall of my entire experience with the firm, it should be known that the previous Solicitor shortly asigned to my case before Jon, 'Astell' was not as confidence building. In the short time Astell covered my case they were; -Inconsistent -Lacking in spelling (via email) -Disconcerting -Seeming incoherent regarding knowledge of my case and questions asked.

Went through a hard time at work, thought I had no where to go, Abdul Basith help me when I had no clue on what I was doing

RUN!!! I wouldn’t recommend this firm and my own experience was very negative. My union asked this firm to do a merits assessment on my employment claim. The solicitor said that my case had no reasonable prospect of success in her opinion and that the tribunal would sympathise with the employer. She also said that she had reached out to me and I had refused to provide essential documents.This was an oversight as the solicitor had never asked for these documents. When I highlighted this she confirmed it was her mistake but had done an assessment despite key documents missing. She then asked for more money to do a re-assessment despite this being their error. I had to complain to the firm before they agreed to re do it. The case was very complicated and they didn’t really appear to understand or speak to me to find out what happened. I went for a second opinion to another solicitor who confirmed I did have a case.I pursued my employer through the legal process and achieved a very successful outcome. At all points the tribunal were heavily sympathetic to my story and how my employer had behaved. Would I use this firm again, unfortunately not and would encourage anyone to make sure they get multiple opinions
