    A very compassionate gentleman.

    From the very beginning of my injury journey, I found Marcus to be very genuine, honest & compassionate. He is straight to the point & helped me in more ways than he may realise. I was a broken mess. Seriously injured at work & ultimately losing a career I loved. Marcus was able to help get me the right support and ensured the funding was obtained for multiple operations.     Marcus is without doubt the solicitor you want when dealing with any injury claim. In the style of the A-Team, if you have a claim, and you can find him, maybe you can hire Marcus Weatherby. He is thorough, approachable, understanding, and genuinely is trying to solve the issues you have and work out how to improve your quality of life, not just through financial compensation but just to try and get what you need to get your life back. He is not afraid to have difficult conversations to manage your expectations and is looking out for your best interests, so you should without question just his judgement and opinion. An expert in his field, only a fool would ignore his opinion. Without question I hope I never have to have contact with him again, but heaven forbid I need a solicitor, there is only one I would use.

      RUN!!! I wouldn’t recommend this firm and my own experience was very negative. My union asked this firm to do a merits assessment on my employment claim. The solicitor said that my case had no reasonable prospect of success in her opinion and that the tribunal would sympathise with the employer. She also said that she had reached out to me and I had refused to provide essential documents.This was an oversight as the solicitor had never asked for these documents. When I highlighted this she confirmed it was her mistake but had done an assessment despite key documents missing. She then asked for more money to do a re-assessment despite this being their error. I had to complain to the firm before they agreed to re do it. The case was very complicated and they didn’t really appear to understand or speak to me to find out what happened. I went for a second opinion to another solicitor who confirmed I did have a case.I pursued my employer through the legal process and achieved a very successful outcome. At all points the tribunal were heavily sympathetic to my story and how my employer had behaved. Would I use this firm again, unfortunately not and would encourage anyone to make sure they get multiple opinions
