From the onset Nadeem was very friendly, compassionate and understanding throughout my Clinical Negligence Claim. I cannot fault his professionalism and dedication in resolving my case. Nadeem investigated and actioned problems that we came across along the way which resulted in getting me the best outcome and for that I am very thankful for. Nadeem and his secretary Joanne were always there to answer any questions and resolve any issues that I had. I would highly recommend Nadeem and Joanne they make a great team!!

Marcus took on my complex case years after the incident that changed my life. This was due to a previous Solicitor failing me. Marcus had the patience to deal with my difficulties and volatile behaviour that my injuries had left me with. He also instructed a Barrister who was amazing and so understing to my needs. Marcus went to the lengths of contacting me, even on Sundays or evening's if need be. He fought the defence with vigor throughout, eventually closing my 9 year case to a positive end. Jon was excellent throughout. From his initial contact, which was before proceedings commenced, through to the conclusion of this case, Jon kept me fully informed all the way and his advice and guidance has been invaluable. This was a difficult situation/case for myself personally but Jon's help, professionalism and empathy has helped me get through what would otherwise been an intolerable experience. RUN!!! I wouldn’t recommend this firm and my own experience was very negative. My union asked this firm to do a merits assessment on my employment claim. The solicitor said that my case had no reasonable prospect of success in her opinion and that the tribunal would sympathise with the employer. She also said that she had reached out to me and I had refused to provide essential documents.This was an oversight as the solicitor had never asked for these documents. When I highlighted this she confirmed it was her mistake but had done an assessment despite key documents missing. She then asked for more money to do a re-assessment despite this being their error. I had to complain to the firm before they agreed to re do it. The case was very complicated and they didn’t really appear to understand or speak to me to find out what happened. I went for a second opinion to another solicitor who confirmed I did have a case.I pursued my employer through the legal process and achieved a very successful outcome. At all points the tribunal were heavily sympathetic to my story and how my employer had behaved. Would I use this firm again, unfortunately not and would encourage anyone to make sure they get multiple opinions

Absolutely shocking lack of communication. I sent email after email to my assigned solicitor, regarding evidence and she just couldn't be bothered getting back to me. I eventually wrote to the company, asking that they contact her and ask her to get in touch with me and even they didn't bother replying to my email. I'd serious reconsider hiring this firm to represent you in any way, shape or form. If they are unprofessional enough, not to be bothered with communicating with their clients, I'd imagine they aren't that interested in winning or losing a case in court.
