      Exceptional Service from Hayley Wakefield at Thatcher & Hallam Hayley was absolutely brilliant throughout what turned out to be a very long and stressful house sale and purchase. The process took over a year and nearly collapsed several times due to buyers dropping out and poor solicitors further down the chain, but Hayley was consistently excellent. She is professional, approachable, and explains everything in plain English, which made things so much easier to understand. Hayley always responded quickly and was at the end of the phone whenever I needed clarification or reassurance. Her calm, proactive approach kept everything moving when it could have fallen apart. I would highly recommend Hayley Wakefield to anyone seeking reliable and professional legal support for property transactions.

She progressed each stage promptly and always responded to our emails and queries within 24 hours. She was friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable, and kept us updated throughout.       Hayley Wakefield at Thatcher and Hallam was recommended to be by family following their positive experience with her.
