      Despite a lot of hurdles in our house buying process Hayley Wakefield and her colleagues handled our case so well. She kept us well informed throughout the whole process, she explained all of the technical language as we needed and handled everything that went on so professionally- even when things were a little exasperating!       I have used Hayley twice over the past few years for purchasing/selling and on both occasions she has been excellent from start to finish. She’s highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and efficient in her role. . One of the things I am very impressed with is her excellent communication skills and quick responses to all my emails. There were a few tricky moments which were quite stressful but i always felt reassured when i contacted Hayley with any questions or advice, especially as i purchased a leasehold property in 2024 and recently sold it. So there was much more work involved for Hayley which she handled exceptionally well. There were many queries I had for her about the leasehold aspect and again she always reassured me with her knowledge and advice. I would definitely recommend Hayley , she deserves 5 stars!

      I cannot fault our experience with Thatcher and Hallam. We have both sold and purchased our property with them and Hailey and Tietia have been amazing throughout the conveyancing. Unfortunately there were a few issues along the way because of our buyer's solicitor, but Hailey was always responsive and reassuring to our emails, which was greatly needed at a very stressful time

      Exceptional Service from Hayley Wakefield at Thatcher & Hallam Hayley was absolutely brilliant throughout what turned out to be a very long and stressful house sale and purchase. The process took over a year and nearly collapsed several times due to buyers dropping out and poor solicitors further down the chain, but Hayley was consistently excellent. She is professional, approachable, and explains everything in plain English, which made things so much easier to understand. Hayley always responded quickly and was at the end of the phone whenever I needed clarification or reassurance. Her calm, proactive approach kept everything moving when it could have fallen apart. I would highly recommend Hayley Wakefield to anyone seeking reliable and professional legal support for property transactions.
