Haneef was usually very speedy responding to any messages we sent him, which we appreciated. We were also pleased that Rosalind Burd was a good Assistant to deal with as well. Thankfully with no chain, it the house purchase went well. I have no hesitation in recommending Neves for both House purchases and Lydia Mills for preparing a Will. She was a delight to deal with.

I chose to go with Neeves after they were highly recommended to me by a family member, and I can honestly say they exceeded all of my expectations. Before starting the process, I had always heard that conveyancing solicitors can be difficult to deal with, hard to contact, and slow to provide updates. My experience with Neeves was the complete opposite. Haqib and his team have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We couldn't have had a better experience working with Haneef from Neves Solicitors (Harpenden). As first time buyers, he ensured the entire process was clear right from the outset - not only being super responsive and actioning everything immediately - but always taking the time to keep us updated and answer any questions. Due to disorganisation on the sellers' side, we ended up exchanging and completing on the same day - Haneef worked late into the night on our behalf to ensure everything was ready, kept us in the loop (and calm!) and it was entirely down to him that everything went ahead as planned.
