EMG Solicitors revise our wills and did Power of Attorneys for both financial and Health for my wife and I. They were very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I sadly had to sell my late parents home. It was my childhood home too so naturally it was a very difficult time for me. Having used Gillian Haines and her wonderful team Charlotte & Carrie previously there was no hesitation when looking for a Conveyancing Team to look after the house sale. I contacted Gillian at EMG Solicitors in Darlington and she said they would be happy to deal with everything for me. From start to finish the care and attention that I received from Gillian and her team was second to none. Gillian went over and above a week before legal completion took place to help sort out issues further down the chain. Gillian was on top of everything from start to finish. We had a fantastic experience working with Rachel Kilcran at EMG Solicitors during the purchase of our first home. As first time buyers, the process felt quite daunting at times, but she made the whole experience feel straightforward and enjoyable. My solicitor at EMG is Ashley. Everything went smoothly. I was appreciative of being kept up to date with progress and completion of my transfer. If you’re looking for a solicitor I’d say look no more. Ashley is the one.

I was recommended EMG by my mortgage broker, Ashley, Janet and the team were fantastic. Explained everything very clearly throughout the whole process and their communication was excellent throughout. I had to pull out of a purchase due to cladding issues and I feel their advice could of helped me potentially save thousands of pounds in the future. EMG were excellent at conveyancing my mother's house in Hexham using my Lasting Power of Attorney. It wasn't a straightforward sale but they were always there quickly with very professional advice and good online systems.
