Our sale was efficiently managed by Lauren England. The process was very straightforward and if we had any queries along the way, Lauren was always available to answer our call. Emails were replied to promptly. We had a few issues with the buyer's solicitor which were handled with great professionalism and firmness and Lauren steered the sale to a successful conclusion taking just ten weeks. We were incredibly stressed selling our family home, but Lauren made the experience so much easier. When we were getting conveyancing quotes Heald Law were not the cheapest, but we decided that were professional services were concerned regarding such an important life event, cheap was not the way to go and we are extremely glad that we chose this company. We will be using them for our future house purchase.

I worked with Ale to do the conveyancing on a new property - both Ale and the team were fantastic. Ale made the whole process seamless and she was always available to answer questions. Her attention to detail meant that errors in my mortgage application were caught early in the process and were rectified before they caused issues further down the line. I would have no hesitation in recommending and/or working with the Ale and the team at Heald again in the future.

This is the second time we have used Heald and Tom was our solicitor, he has been excellent on both occasions, the first was to remove some covenants on our property which was quite time consuming, but Tom kept us informed during the whole process, the second was the sale of our home which was dealt with swiftly. I would highly recommend Heald and Tom, thank you very much.

As a first-time buyer, I had many questions throughout the process, and the team was incredibly patient, approachable, and thorough in answering them all 🙌. A heartfelt thank you to Kirsty, my solicitor, and her assistant Elaine, who both handled my case with professionalism and genuine care 💼. They were always easy to reach and took the time to explain everything clearly and calmly. I’d also like to thank Alex, who stepped in seamlessly to manage the exchange of contracts while Kirsty was away — everything went smoothly, which speaks volumes about the team's coordination and reliability 🔄. It’s clear that Heald Solicitors are not only responsible and well-organised, but also truly committed to their clients’ best interests ✅. The reason I’m giving 4.5 stars (rounded to 4 due to platform limitations) instead of a full 5 is down to two minor points: the service was slightly more expensive than some other solicitors 💷, and I felt that communication could have been a bit more proactive, particularly with regular updates on progress without me needing to follow up 📬. That said, I honestly wish I could give 5 stars ⭐️ — the service was excellent, and the dedication of the team really stood out. With a little improvement in those areas, they’d absolutely deserve a perfect rating.
