Chris Strogen from Evolve Family Law has saved me a few times. His advice is always carefully considered and simply explained, and he is calm and reassuring, so I feel well supported and don't need to worry. Chris steered me through a complicated inheritance saga, and has helped my sister and me to set up Powers of Attorney - our mother finding Chris both excellent at his job and easy to talk to. First off, I couldn’t recommend Lauren as a solicitor anymore. Lauren is absolutely fair, thorough, works like a trojan and above all else, is an incredibly understanding and communicative person. Lauren went above and beyond in my case, researching new laws, cross country legalities, keeping me thoroughly informed all the way through, working late into the night when needed, explaining everything to me in an easy to understand manner and mapping out each step so that I was well informed and confident. I would absolutely use her again, not just for her legal skills (which are much beyond her pay grade) but because I know she will put the same amount of effort into my case as if I were doing it myself. Lauren somehow managed to do all of this and help get our successful result whilst pregnant and suffering from morning sickness too! You literally couldn’t ask for a better solicitor to represent you! Louise team handled family cases for me these two years One case rejected the complaint that the ex-husband was not allowed to me view his financial disclosure, and Louise apply for ruled that the ex-husband should pay my lawyer's fees, which was great result, thanks About financial case, Louise accompanied me even till the appeal process, which lasted for a year and a half。Similarly, Louise once again successfully applied for the other party to pay my lawyer's fee. Also their legal fees were reasonable，the details are clear. And it reached the financial amount I requested as expected, so that my child and I could have our own home in UK，don't need rent any more. This is the second time I have written a positive review for their team. After reviewing the background of my case, her empathy and sense of justice, as well as her courageous and strategic approach, she decided to help me get home back that my child and I can live here Of course, in the complex and difficult divorce court proceedings, especially when ex-husband In the harsh situation of hiring more expensive law firms and constantly trying to transfer and hide his assets, but Louise's team is still fighting for me hardly, so I am very satisfied with the final result During the two years with her, I found that she is professional in law, and she is very gentle and respect to me, the most important thing is that she has never racial discrimination to me Because I am not British, I have encountered discrimination many times, especially before I met discriminatory lawyer，and professionals in other fields On the contrary, she cares more about me and my child life ，always give us warmth and greetings and help. We recently had need to engage the services of a solicitor and as a number of years have passed since that was the case, we decided to seek advice from a new firm. In the event we contacted Evolve Family Law in Holmes Chapel. Initial contact and discussions were made remotely, followed a few days later with a meeting in person. Our solicitor, Mr Chris Strogen, was an excellent choice, being an amalgam of the very best characteristics of a traditional, empathetic, knowledgeable lawyer backed by the latest appropriate technology. The work was undertaken expeditiously (in a couple of days) and at a very reasonable charge. We have no hesitation in recommending or using them again. There is a further aspect to the recommendation which is that all the staff, including partners, are great dog lovers: our Cavalier joined us for our discussions and was made to feel very much at home!

I first discovered Debra through her outstanding reviews online. At the time, I was struggling to find the right family solicitor. After carefully reading hundreds of reviews, critically analysing them, and comparing many family law firms and focusing on finance dispute, I decided to approach Evolve Family Law. I was fortunate that my request to work with Debra was accepted. If you are looking for a solicitor who is highly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, ethical, fair, and genuinely kind, then Debra is the one. She has a very good ability to explain complex legal issues and regulations in clear and simple terms. She patiently helped me understand every aspect of my case and carefully outlined the different possible scenarios and outcomes. Before the court hearing, Debra prepared all the documents with great care and in exactly the way the judge would expect to see them. During the hearing, the judge made several clear points, all of which directly referenced the notes and documents Debra had prepared. Remarkably, the judge’s final indication was exactly what Debra had predicted. Debra is not only an excellent solicitor, she is also a wonderful human being with strong morals and a kind heart. I never felt she was attacking my ex unnecessarily just to “win” at all costs. Instead, she remained balanced and fair while always looking for ways to keep my costs as low as possible. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Judith Chesters at Evolve Family Law to update our wills and create Lasting Powers of Attorney. The LPAs covered both financial and health subjects. In a very professional but friendly manner, Judith steered us through the many options for both the wills and LPA documents and we feel very comfortable that the final documents will serve our family well, as and when they are needed. (Hopefully not too soon). We decided to use Evolve Family Law as they are local to us in Holmes Chapel and our previous lawyers, who were based in Knutsford, had moved to Manchester without telling us. We looked at a few different law firms in the local area and decided that Evolve had the right approach at an acceptable cost. Glad to say that in practice, our decision was correct.
