I have use several firms for conveyancing during my lifetime but I rarely went back for a second time. For the past 14 I have used the services of Steven Coles and his team at Hall Smith Whittingham to represent me in a number of house sales and purchases. Unlike the other solicitor firms I've used they make the whole experience easy and stress free. The service they offer flows seamlessly, is informative, fast, efficient and faultless. I never struggle to get hold of someone should I need to speak to them and if they can't help immediately they always call you back in a timely manner, generally the same day. I would never use anyone else now. I would highly recommend you do the same.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for better solicitors. Selling a house is supposed to be one of life’s most stressful experiences, but they somehow made it feel… dare I say… almost easy! They kept me updated throughout, answered every question (and there were plenty because I’m a professionally qualified stress-pants 😂), dealt with everything quickly and efficiently, and were always so friendly and reassuring. I never once felt like I was bothering them, even when my brain was doing panic gymnastics. Everything went through smoothly without a single hitch, and I always had complete confidence that they had everything under control while I was busy imagining every possible disaster that never actually happened! A genuinely lovely team who know exactly what they’re doing and clearly care about their clients. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know—my mum is next on the list!
