Lease Extension Made Easy
I needed a solicitor to handle the legal aspects of extending the lease on my flat. Aldridge Brownlee were recommended by an estate agent I consulted. I was very satisfied with my choice. Everything was dealt with very professionally. Queries were answered promptly and the whole process proved less stressful than I had anticipated. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lee to any of my neighbours if they want to extend their lease.

Whilst appreciating the legal niceties, I felt I was disenfranchised as an executor and spent a lot of time chasing to find out how things were progressing. I felt there was a lack of urgency in progressing the work and unnecessary delays throughout the process. More effective use of my skills could have been made as the estate executor. This is always a stressful process and the delays and lack of urgency stress levels unnecessarily.
