We have sold and bought several properties in the last few years, including through probate and a non simultaneous purchase and sale. Throughout we have used the services of Farnfields and particularly Sarah Clarke and Emma Barlow. They are both consistently professional, efficient, friendly and human which makes the whole process so much easier. We cannot fault them for service and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I recently purchased my first home and chose Farnfields on the basis of excellent reviews and recommendations from two different estate agents. Leah Lambert acted for me and she was consistently excellent during one complex - and ultimately aborted - purchase, and then on a second successful one. She and her secretary, Nikki Owens, communicated with me professionally and courteously throughout the entire process, answered all my questions in a timely and competent manner, and gave my confidence during what was a stressful and anxious time. After issues with a former solicitor, we changed to Farnfields and were allocated Abbey Starr as our contact.
