We have sold and bought several properties in the last few years, including through probate and a non simultaneous purchase and sale. Throughout we have used the services of Farnfields and particularly Sarah Clarke and Emma Barlow. They are both consistently professional, efficient, friendly and human which makes the whole process so much easier. We cannot fault them for service and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I recently purchased my first home and chose Farnfields on the basis of excellent reviews and recommendations from two different estate agents. Leah Lambert acted for me and she was consistently excellent during one complex - and ultimately aborted - purchase, and then on a second successful one. She and her secretary, Nikki Owens, communicated with me professionally and courteously throughout the entire process, answered all my questions in a timely and competent manner, and gave my confidence during what was a stressful and anxious time. I would have no hesitation in calling on Farnfields in the future, or in recommending them to others.

After issues with a former solicitor, we changed to Farnfields and were allocated Abbey Starr as our contact. Although we have found the procedures of buying stressful, Abbey was a wonderful support to us and guided us through the whole process. We have now concluded and cannot thank Abbey enough. This move is to be closer to our daughter's and family. We found it has become more difficult since our last purchase over 26 years ago. To whom it may concern: My experience of Farnfields is a positive and happy one. I found our lead solicitor, Karen Auckland very efficient and helpful when needed. The senior soliicitor Julian Alahakoon was in the background if required, but Karen was always on the ball and knew just what to do when the other party's solicitors did not come up with the money at the specified time interval. I would unhesitatingly recommend them. I used Farnfields Gillingham branch twelve or so years ago on an entirely different matter and also found them very good too. All in all - an excellent practice in my experience.
