We exchanged contracts yesterday and the whole process has been made easier thanks to Clare and Lauren. They have always been available to help and very willing to explain when I didn't understand! Selling one's home and purchasing another is, inevitably, pretty stressful but Clare and Lauren have enabled the process to move ahead with as little stress as possible.
I genuinely cannot recommend Clare Ellis-Mortimer and Lauren Goodwin highly enough. Both our house sale and purchase were extremely complex, and they were the one part of the entire process that was completely straightforward. Their calm heads, incredible knowledge and seamless communication kept everything moving when, frankly, I don't know what we would have done without them. Buying and selling property is stressful at the best of times but Clare and Lauren made it feel manageable, clear and genuinely reassuring at every single step. If only every solicitor in the chain had been as good as these two!
