I would advise against using this Solicitors, they charged me for mistakes made and then again to rectify them. When I decided the service wasn't good enough and that I wanted to go elsewhere they started putting excessive pressure on me and making up new charges, extortionate! They made an already upsetting and stressful time even more difficult for me.

It's not our intention to make any clients feel pressured during difficult times, rather we will always offer clients a different solicitor if we have one available in the same department and where clients are looking for a different approach. I am sorry that it has taken a while for us to reply. Mick is still in hospital and I have had a lot of things to sort out regarding my care package. We are extremely grateful for all of your help in enacting our POA. It seemed to be quite a long process for all of us, a lot was our fault. Anyway we have what we needed now. I cannot recommend Azeem Iqbal at Britton & Time Solicitors highly enough. I used the firm's will writing service and from start to finish Azeem was exceptional. There was quite a bit of back and forth over email, and he patiently took the time to explain everything clearly at every stage. He's extremely knowledgeable and made what could have been a daunting process genuinely straightforward. Abraham Mashood was professional and communicative in assisting me with my will. He explained what needed to be done with clarity and completed the various steps of the process with admirable efficiency. I would also like thank Hannah Klein for her excellent work as a Paralegal. She always responded to my queries promptly and ensured that I understood every step of the process. Right from my 1st interaction with Morgan in client care who then got me Rojin. Morgan was friendly and approachable in a difficult time. Rojin our solitor won the case and was supportive, tenacious, hard working and just brilliant throughout. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at her job!
