I have dealt with many immigration specialists throughout my life as my family and I have from time-to-time required expertise in this area. The service I got from Mr Potter was swift, diligent, up-to-date and had a genuine regard for customer service. I wish my family had come across this firm much earlier as not all operate this way; many of them lacking client-focus and are money driven. I found Mr Potter’s advice to be honest, helpful and client-driven, so if I need immigration assistance in the future, I’d come back here. I strongly recommend this firm - please use!

This company are professional and compassionate. They completed my will, even though I changed my mind more than once, with consideration and respect. They also did it without payment from me, as it was done through Animal Aid. I would absolutely recommend them!

I would advise against using this Solicitors, they charged me for mistakes made and then again to rectify them. When I decided the service wasn't good enough and that I wanted to go elsewhere they started putting excessive pressure on me and making up new charges, extortionate! They made an already upsetting and stressful time even more difficult for me.

It's not our intention to make any clients feel pressured during difficult times, rather we will always offer clients a different solicitor if we have one available in the same department and where clients are looking for a different approach. I'm truly sorry you felt pressured by this and I hope you are able to resolve your case with your alternative representation.

I had a really bad experience with this firm. My initial enquiry was dealt with my an intern who wanted to arrange a phone meeting with a partner once they had gathered all of the information which I provided to them. I specifically requested that the partner read the documentation that was provided in order to conduct an efficient telephone meeting which enable them to provide specific advice relating to my case. My request was agreeable to the intern but this failed to materialise. It was evident during the telephone call that Sophie had not read the information and she proceeded to use the allotted time to read snippets of it and provide generic advice which was of no use to me. When I complained the same partner dealt with the complaint which was a conflict of interest. She failed to uphold my complaint. I would avoid instructing this form for reasons laid out above.

Paul and his team helped me with an employment matter last month. They had come highly recommended and I can say that I was more than satisfied with the service i received from everyone involved. Sophie, the advisor that took on my case, was very attentive and explained everything very clearly to me right from the start. She was always easy to get in touch with, which was key as I was busy with an international move, and was able to manage my expectations throughout. Lastly, I really appreciate how upfront and honest Paul and the team have been about costs. I would definitely use their services again.

I've bought and sold several properties through Hennings since first being recommended to use them by a friend about 10 years ago. One house had a complicated boundary issue they were very helpful with. I would recommend this firm without reservation.
