Ashar is not only very professional but he is also very kind and truly listens to you. He is great at offering advices, he is also very efficient and he will fight your corner for you. He is also very transparent whether it is in terms of cost, liability and other concerns you may have. As a woman needing to get a divorce due to abuse, it is always difficult to find the right solicitor, but I guarantee that Ashar is really there for you and he is very empathic. Following the passing of our mother, my family and I instructed Umar Khan FCCA, Senior Estate Planner at Farani Taylor Solicitors, to handle the probate and administration of her estate. Having recently obtained the Grant of Probate, I would like to recognise the exceptional service we have received. Umar combines deep technical knowledge of probate, inheritance tax and estate administration with a meticulous, methodical approach. He explained complex legal and financial processes with clarity and patience, and his sound judgement and attention to detail have been invaluable. Just as importantly, he understood the human side of the work. Dealing with the legal responsibilities of an estate while grieving is difficult, and Umar was compassionate, courteous and respectful throughout, so our family felt supported and treated with dignity. He was always responsive to our questions. Although parts of the administration are still ongoing, we are extremely grateful for his guidance. I would recommend Umar Khan without hesitation to anyone seeking first-class expertise in probate, estate planning or estate administration.

Although we live in bolton , far from London, and many people advised us not to use a London‑based firm, we chose farani tailor solicitors because of their strong reputation and it was the best decision we made.
