I have dealt with many professionals over the years, but very rarely do you come across someone with this level of integrity, professionalism and genuine commitment. Throughout an extremely difficult and stressful case, he remained calm, strategic, responsive and completely dedicated. I have had the worst experience ever with this company. I would never recommend them to anyone again. Around 10 years ago, I used this firm for another legal process with a lawyer called Thiago, who was extremely competent. Because of that positive experience, when I needed legal assistance again years later, they were the first company that came to mind. I started a process with Isabella in February 2025 regarding wedding paperwork that needed to be completed before my wedding at the end of August. I was originally told that the entire process would take approximately four months and should have been finalised by June 2025 at the latest. However, the process ended up taking over one year to be completed. By June nothing was ready, and the same happened in July. The amount of stress that my partner and I went through was completely unnecessary, especially during what should have been a very happy period of our lives. In the end, we had to get married without the proper ceremony because the documents were never completed on time. After that, I spent months chasing updates through emails, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages, but Isabella — the lawyer I had signed the contract with — simply disappeared. She stopped replying to emails, messages, and calls. When she finally decided to respond, she claimed that Brazilian law had changed and that the process would take longer. However, she never provided any proof, documentation, emails, or official evidence to support this explanation — only words. October, November, and December passed with absolutely no updates from either Isabella or the company. By January 2026, almost one year after starting the process, my partner and I decided to escalate the matter to HR because we genuinely felt we had been scammed and that the company had disappeared with our money. I had paid £4,000 upfront. We then contacted the general email address listed on their website. A few days later, Martha from HR replied and said we would receive a solution within 14 days. February 2026 marked exactly one year since the process had started, and after those 14 days passed, once again I heard nothing from anyone. Eventually, I was passed to another lawyer whose name I cannot even remember. By that point, my stress levels were beyond extreme. I felt exhausted, disappointed, angry, and genuinely shocked that this situation was still continuing after so long. They asked me to come into the office for a meeting, but I refused because I did not want to go through the entire story again, especially considering how frustrated I already was. Then, completely out of nowhere, one day I simply received all my documents at home — with no email, no explanation, no apology, and no communication whatsoever. Conclusion: this company does not care about you, your process, your deadlines, or your personal life. The office is full of incompetent people who do not understand what proper client care means. If you are thinking about starting a process with this company, please think twice — or even four times. I am sure there are far more professional and reputable firms out there. I would never recommend this company or this experience to anyone ever again. Absolutely horrible.
