Kevin Bourley's team helped with the purchase of our home and we were very happy with the service. Buying a property can be incredibly stressful, but they made the process much more manageable. The team were professional throughout and communication was clear and responsive, which really helped put our minds at ease. I initially instructed a different firm of solicitors in leigh on sea where the service provided was extremely poor. Luckily I realised early enough and changed to BTMK solicitors and Joe Burns was dealing with my case. Joe is very professional and hard workig solicitor! From instruction to completion it took about 4 weeks and that included dealing with some complex issues on the way! Thank you very much!

My partner and I used BTMK Solicitors to purchase our first house and Yolanda and her team were superb. Any time we had a question Yolanda or a member of her team answered us promptly and explained in detail anything we didn't understand. Yolanda was always available for a phone call and her team quickly responded to emails when she wasn't around. We were very happy with the service BTMK provided as a whole throughout the whole process and made our experience as first time buyers as easy as it could be.

Currently purchasing a house and the sellers are using these solicitors. Absolute joke from the beginning, delayed sending the initial paperwork to our solicitor, lied about when it was sent, slow to respond to queries and we've been waiting on them for 2 weeks now as everyone else is ready. It does not take 3 weeks to sort out an indemnity policy! No chance of exchanging this side of Christmas now as they close tomorrow and we'll be lucky if they even look at their emails today. Avoid!

We went with BTMK because they were on an approved panel. However, they were non responsive and unhelpful. As I was purchasing my own home myself, but as a business, I was both the vendor and buyer. I received an email from them, as the vendor, asking for information the buyer had asked for, I had to tell them I had not. Upon completion, they did not send my stamp duty to HMRC and I received a letter from HMRC with associated fines due to non payment. This morning, four months later, I received another bill from them, for something that was already paid. Really disappointing service and I did not leave a review until this morning's third error, as I hate to be hasty but this really has been abysmal.
