Great explanation of process of obtaining probate. I felt it was quite slow obtaining renunciation to remove solicitors from will but was all explained really well. Once obtained was really quick to apply for probate.

My father died intestate so we asked Palmers Law for their help. Sabreena was very professional and efficient. She was honest and upfront and told us the process would likely take 8 - 12 months. It was completed in 6 months. We would fully and heartily recommend Palmers Law for your probate needs.

Terrible Law Firm, been dealing with our simple case for months and months. No communication, never contacts us unless prompted and complained against. Case handlers leave without informing you, cases don't get handed over. Avoid this firm for probate and will execution, at all costs. (which I am sure will be sizable once they send us the bill, for their terrible service)

My experience pre Jenifer & Palmers was 3 years of pain juggling, navigating and utter denial from the other side, so I feel personally incredibly fortunate to have had my solicitor- Jenifer supporting me through my personal injury claim. While I appreciate this is her profession, I never once felt like Just a client (ok maybe first visit ) - her experience expertise and level of care truly exceeded my expectations. Bringing not only professionalism, but a warmth and even moments of laughter when most needed. She believed in me from the very beginning and guided me with professionalism, clarity, and I felt genuine care throughout. At times the process felt overwhelming, but she always reassured me and kept everything on track. Palmers Law is great, the solicitor who helped me Kay was amazing. The due diligence, liaising relevant parties, reviewing, rectifying, corrections and implementation of clauses for lease arrangements the actions were second to none. Thank you Kay! A brilliant asset to Palmers Law.

Avoid This Firm Almost six months into a no-chain sale and we are no closer to completion. What should have been a straightforward transaction has turned into months of unnecessary delay, poor communication, and a complete lack of urgency. The bar for conveyancing competence is not particularly high, yet Palmers Law and Kay Hales in particular have somehow managed to fall well below it.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE trying to sell my flat. If I could have given zero I would have. I instructed Palmer's solicitors in the first week in March, my property sale completed in mid September. While this in some cases is not abnormal, my buyer had no chain and in the May my purchase had failed through and therefore I had no chain as the sale was still to go ahead. So this timeline felt obscenely long. They made errors on documents where the information had been sent to them weeks of not months prior. Trying to get a response via phone or e mail is impossible (they seem to constantly be on annual leave with no one covering) and when you do get through via the phone they don't have a clue what's happening and always say 'i will chase that up' for literally weeks on the same topic. I actually ended up calling my buyer and his solicitors to see what the hold up was on something Palmer's stated they had sent, they had in fact not received this document. This was an unnecessarily painful experience for what should have been a simple sale yet they seem to take on so many clients they can't handle them. If you're happy for your sale or purchase to go at a glacial pace then you've found your people because lord knows they don't do anything fast, or even a normal speed, in my experience. Avoid this and go with literally any other firm, literally ANYONE would be better than these so called professionals.
They don’t do notary. Don’t bother!
