    Lease extension and Land registry lodging for converted flats Feel more effort from PCS could have moved things along quicker - 3 years seems very slow to turn things round

    Terrible experience

    Lawyers for my house purchase. Advised it was all sorted. A year later when getting some work done I was advised it was not my name on land registry. Emailed PCS legal to ask what was happening. Emails were ignored for months. Raised a complaint, again was ignored. When I finally got a response it was not a good answer. Ended up having to go through the legal ombudsman who managed to get it sorted, get the house finally registered in my name and received a payment from PCS legal to apologise. Terrible service. If PCS legal had initially responded to my complaint and sorted it, I would not have had a problem as everyone is human and mistakes happen. Instead PCS legal ignored me for months and when they did respond tried to blame me for their mistake. Lucking the legal ombudsman sorted it out for me. Would not recommend

    Outstanding Service From Fey Ralph!

    Fey genuinely cares about her clients and that’s something rare to find. She cares deeply about their needs, takes every concern seriously, and goes above and beyond to fight battles on their behalf. Throughout what felt like an endless nightmare of bureaucracy with the Land Registry, Fey was the light at the end of the tunnel. She was relentless in her efforts to bring the process to a resolution, handling every obstacle with professionalism, empathy, and determination. I could genuinely sleep 100 times better knowing she was on the case that’s how much trust and reassurance she brings. She was always incredibly fast to respond, providing detailed updates that showed real progress and made me feel informed and cared for at every step. I’ve very rarely met someone as outstanding as her. Fey is truly one of a kind, and I cannot thank her enough for her exceptional service.       Dear PCS Legal, I was really holding off from posting this review; however, it feels like I have no other choice. I wish I could give you zero stars, but unfortunately, that's not an option. My partner and I are first time homebuyers and what is meant to be an exciting time has turned into a miserable, stressful wait due to your company. The communication has been nothing but awful. So, since I can't get a hold of anyone in the lovely Sarah Joys team, if you see this the estate agent wanted you to know that this is taking too long and the chain is now ready. As far as they are aware, the sellers solicitors have provided you with everything. We should be close to completion, but sadly we're not. Please, can we speed this up?
