We recently sold our flat and purchased our new home through EMG Solicitors, and I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. They made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward from start to finish. Communication was always quick, efficient, and professional. Whenever we had pressure from our buyers or needed advice, the team was there to help and keep everything moving forward. A special mention has to go to Joanne, who was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She always made us feel like we were her top priority and genuinely went above and beyond to support us every step of the way. Chloe was also amazing. She was so friendly, approachable, and efficient in her communication, making it easy to stay informed and reassured throughout the transaction. Overall, the service was 10 out of 10. Not only were Joanne and Chloe exceptionally professional, but they were also genuinely lovely people to deal with, which made the whole experience so much better. Avoid these third-rate wannabe solicitors. They abuse their clients who are subject to the Court of Protection, and they will either steal or misappropriate your estate while pleading ignorance. Catlin Rosamund Margaret Watcyn Rafferty under the orders of Emma Mary Gaudern misappropriated more than one hundred thousand of local currency equivalent to over ten thousand pounds. I have official documentation and receipts to prove this, but they have denied everything and began to ignore me. I am now seeking a formal investigation into these abusive individuals. If you are subject to the CoP and need to contact or report Emma Mary Gaudern as well as her colleagues/ employees, you can find her Durham View, Whitesmock, Durham, England, DH1 4LL, No. plus four four seven eight five five four nine two four six zero. Report Emma Mary Gaudern and other individuals as necessary to the Office of the Public Guardian; they should not be a deputy nor should they be taking pleasure or joy in abusing their clients.
