She was always proactive, kept in touch with the other side's solicitors, and made sure the process never stalled. What I appreciated most was that I hardly had to think about the sale. I had a somewhat challenging and confusing experience with McHale & Co Solicitors. I was initially introduced to them via my broker, Tembo. After my case was assigned to an agent, there was no initial contact or introduction from them, so I had to reach out directly to initiate communication. Unfortunately, this set the tone for a lack of clarity and ownership at the outset. There was a considerable amount of unnecessary back-and-forth throughout the process, and I experienced delays which were very frustrating. At one stage, my case handler was not particularly helpful and came across as rude when I was trying to resolve these issues. My case was also transferred between two different handlers without my knowledge, which further impacted continuity. I only became aware of this after calling and being informed that my original agent was no longer handling my case, without any prior communication or context. However, once my file was assigned to Taylor So, the experience improved. Taylor was efficient, clear in communication, and handled the process professionally and supported me through to exchange and completion. Overall, while the latter part of my experience was positive, the earlier stages lacked consistency, and client care.

We had an amazing experience working with Marta. She was incredibly professional and has a fantastic eye for details which gave us total peace of mind throughout the process. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top tier solicitor. Thank you Marta Justyna and Max

I have purchased several properties with this firm now, and each time I have felt genuinely supported throughout the process. Even when some transactions were more complicated, or when I had to withdraw from a purchase, the team was always there for me and handled everything with professionalism and care. My most recent transaction, handled by Chams, was completed incredibly quickly. Everything was clearly explained, and every single question I had was answered promptly. Whether you are buying your very first property and have no idea how the process works, or you are purchasing another one, I always walk away feeling looked after and reassured. Whenever I am forced to use other solicitors from a bank’s panel, it is honestly a stressful experience- which only makes me appreciate this firm even more. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without hesitation.
