When I tried to get a lifetime mortgage on my property, I discovered unresolved historical freehold issues that not only jeopardised the loan but called into question my actual ownership. Mark was knowledgeable, thorough and persistent in getting it sorted out. It took 12 months of back and forth with various bodies but he got it done while managing my anxiety and interference. He provided excellent service and I cannot commend him highly enough.
The HTb process is not a easy application to negotiate but the people at McHale & co achieved this minefield application so this is a big thanks to nice wingtip for making this and possible all the calls I think we became like good friends also a big think to Nicola Nolan for the soliciting of this matter big thanks

Marta has dealt with a few house sales & purchases for myself & family & I can honestly say she is the best conveyancing solicitor I’ve ever had. Her work ethic is excellent, when something needs dealing with it’s dealt with straight away, not left on the desk for a few days like other solicitors. She goes above & beyond to make sure every house sale & purchase completes very smoothly , with no delays on her side, which , from experience can put other solicitors to shame with how long they take. Her communication is excellent & she lets you know what’s going on every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marta to anybody & will definitely be using her again.

Walking into a solicitor's office to discuss my divorce was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. I was anxious, heartbroken and overwhelmed, but from the moment I walked through the door I was treated with kindness, patience and understanding. Fergus Delgarno . . How can I thank you enough? After six months and four other solicitors working on my case with no luck whatsoever. They hadn’t got the other side to admit liability after a hit-and-run , even though we had the registration number from witnesses who saw the accident. I hadn’t gone back to work. I had started to borrow money, and all my resources were running dry. Fergus heard about my story from a friend . A week later he was in command , and from that day forward things immediately changed . Two weeks later he rang and told me they had admitted liability and would I like an interim payment to cover my rent which I’d borrowed, and cleared my overdraft at the bank. What an absolute legend. At all times I was constantly updated via emails, texts and phone calls. Operations , which I had two of. All physio and appointments were chased up if needed. I cannot praise this man enough. Communication perfect!!! Professionalism perfect!!!! Efficiency perfect !!!!!! Outcome absolutely perfect!!!!! If you’re a biker and involved in an accident, or a biker that’s not.
