We engaged Zhaleh Hawkins in a fact finding and learning review of a long running and complex case involving a a grievance, a complaint and a conduct hearing. Zhaleh engaged with key stakeholders and quickly determined that there were a number of recommended improvements to our processes and practices that would ensure that case management is more effective in future. She also pointed out issues with our procedures and proposed improvements in the training we provide for those involved in case management and hearing panels. It was important that this review was undertaken with impartiality as senior stakeholders involved in the case had very different perspectives on how it had been managed and whether the panel decision had been appropriate. They don’t care about you told I would be payed out soon been a month and 1/2 and still nothing and dont even reply even when you ask to were to complain about them but I bet they want there pay I would look for a solicitors that help you
