From the first contact I was kept informed about the process and about what was expected of me to put my case to the court hearing. All interactions with the team were professional. Information was promptly shared and in a manner that was easy to digest. Always felt I was fully aware of the steps of the journey we were on. Only negative is often I would receive calls from a Manchester number and ignore them assuming spam. Maybe leaving a voicemail would have helped me identify the number, as a genuine one, earlier in the process.
