I cannot recommend Guy Morgan and George Faulkner highly enough for their surgical handling of my father’s property sale. When the buyer attempted a last minute ransom tactic to force a large price reduction at the eleventh hour, this team moved from standard conveyancing into elite litigation-grade defense. The property was sold at the price agreed at exchange and I have confidence that we have the best team on our side for any issues moving forwards.

Sherrards conveyanced for me with a property sale. I am not much of a paperwork person - but they tracked and chased everything efficiently, and we completed in ten weeks. Very highly recommend and thank you to Claire, Caroline and Donna.
I had been recommended to Sherrads and was not disappointed. After some dreadful experiences with solicitor s in the past it was refreshing to find a company that were proactive and interested. Excellent service from both Shen and Donna throughout the whole process, answering the many questions I had and in a timely manner. Shen kept me informed every step of the way and took the time to explain things in a language I woud understand. Both were friendly whilst being proactive and professional throughout . I would not hesitate to recommend both .

Anna has successfully led me through a painful divorce and subsequent child arrangements dispute. The strategies she developed bespoke to my situation ensured I had the best outcome legally possible, while her wit and humour kept me sane throughout what can only be described as the most stressful and painful period in my life. She worked tirelessly for me, including after-hours / weekends, and was always available to talk for urgent matters. Originally I retained different counsel, but after my initial consultation my case was immediately delegated to a junior associate and after multiple delays including missing critical court deadlines, I fired them and hired Anna after my first consultation (where she promptly gave me advice how to reclaim some of the fees I had paid to the original law firm!). Her hourly rate reflects that she is an experienced senior Partner. However, she made significantly more progress in the time she charged than the lower-rate lawyers who worked on my case previously so she's certainly better "value for money". Have a chat with her about your situation and I guarantee you'll be convinced that she is the best family lawyer you can find! Thank you Anna
