We are working with WLG in an ongoing capacity. So far our experience has been fantastic. For context, we are dealing with complex immigration issues, and had a previously negative experience with another firm. We were recommended Elizabeth Edu by WLG in Sevenoaks when our faith in the immigration system was low, and I have to say she has completely changed how we feel about the application process. She has removed all uncertainty and noise for us, and has made extremely clear what we have to do to thoroughly meet Home Office requirements. It's surprising how much Elizabeth demystifying the process has significantly reduced our stress levels. She communicates really clearly and well, and she has been very responsive to our queries and provides timely responses. We cannot thank Holly enough for everything she has done for us during our conveyancing journey of selling our leasehold flat and purchasing our new freehold home. She was always great at communicating every step of the transactions to us, super knowledgable and was also really kind and empathetic when we faced challenges along the way. Our sale threw a lot of curveballs especially surrounding the lease and tricky freeholders yet Holly tackled it with efficiency, urgency and went above and beyond multiple times to get us to completion.
