On the whole the experience was excellent. I was acting in my capacity of Power of Attorney for a friend and it just took a while for Hallett's to take on board that the lady they were acting for was unable to use email and every bit of correspondence needed to be shared with her Powers of Attorney. Once that was established the service was faultless.

nightmare to get hold of
since having to have dealing with halletts , i have disgusted at their attitudes for getting back to you , or time scales of carrying out requests with regards to acting as executors of my mothers will . At £300 an hour .. their attitude , irrespective of anyones social or financial standing should be one of commitment and active communication .

Very supportive during a difficult time.
Abbie and Amanda (and their teams) have been so supportive this past year when my husband was terminally ill and then sadly passed. They helped with the sale of a property we owned including changing title deeds after his passing, arranged to pay off an equity loan from the proceeds (I was finding that a very confusing process) and double checked I had handled his estate properly. They always led me through each step and were on hand if I had questions. On top of that, everyone was so kind and understanding. I felt reassured at a difficult time.
