BBS Law have been excellent sorting out my mother's Will and then I sold the house as it was too big for me, and BBS Law helped with sorting out the sale and purchase of my new property. This was all new to me and to be honest I didn't have clue what to do, so it was all done for me and they kept me updated on what was happening same with the Will. Would recommend this Law Firm to anyone.

My mother had a flat which,when she died could not be sold as nobody had the authority , as no one had a LPA. Kerry had to apply for probate which was further complicated by the fact that the executors to the will had all died. . Between Avi and Safiyah in the conveyancing dept and Kerry in the Probate dept, BBS managed to get all the appropriate court orders and eventually after a long time the flat has now been sold. The price quoted by each side was the price I paid at completion and there were no hidden extras. Advice was always available at the end of a phone call or emails. They were so professional and attentive to detail that I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you BBS for a job well done.

I have been a customer of Osmond Gaunt Rose, courtesy of my learned friend Stephen Silverman, since 1991 and have observed the firm transforming to OGR, then OGR Stock Denton and now BBS Law. All round brilliant team at OGR. After being badly let down by another solicitor, Priti Shah sorted our parents' probates quickly and efficiently. She is very knowledgeable and on the ball and structured things in such a way she saved us lots of money. We also had conveyancing done by Ben Menaham which was smooth and hassle free and overseen by Michael Stock. Thank you.
