Extremely unprofessional
Buying a house and selling our own house proved to be a nightmare with this firm.The lack of communication, absences from the office, together with too many referrals to the trainees resulted in many calls to our estate agent who provided information the solicitor should have been providing. The conveyancing dept was also understaffed so very little help from conveyancing colleagues who were obviously too busy with their own workload to answer the simplest query. The whole process caused us untold stress and anxiety which has taken us weeks to recover from. Moreover, my husband's PTSD condition deteriorated conconsiderably during this whole sorry saga.

We were led to believe we were close to completion but poor communication across the board from all parties delayed our move by 4 months.

Where do i start with this firm. The service was 10/10! After being messed around by our previous solicitors 4 weeks into our applicaiton, DBF was able to quickly pick us up and continue our journey for our very first home! Me and my partner were new to buying a house and they deifntely helped us through the process and made each step clear. They answered every question i had, and were very quick with responses. We had been given a very tight deadline from the seller and dbf was able to complete this exactly on time. Special thanks to Emily and Craig who managed our case. :)
