I recently used Rothera Bray Solicitors for the purchase of my new home and was extremely impressed with the service I received. We had to change solicitor during our house sale so dealt with Hayley in the latter part of the process. It was easy to contact her when necessary- she replied to emails promptly and it was easy to to speak to her by phone. We found the information and advice from Rother Bray straightforward to understand . The final stages of the house sale process happened very quickly.

It took us nearly three years to complete the purchase of the land. The process started very slowly with Fiona Moore, and after a period with no replies, we were concerned there might be an issue with the solicitors handling our case. When James Gray took over last December, everything began to move smoothly, but unfortunately he left at the beginning of April this year. At that point, the seller wanted to pull out of the sale. Then Marika Whiteman took over the case, and she was quick, professional, and extremely efficient. Thanks to Marika, the purchase was completed within just two weeks. I only wish she had handled the case from the beginning. I would highly recommend Marika Whiteman as a commercial solicitor.
