    We recently needed advice regarding our wills. My husband is terminally ill and undergoing palliative hospice care at home. Unfortunately, due to his condition deteriorating so quickly, we were anxious to place Inheritance Act Statements on our wills which we had been intending to do for a long time, but never actioned it. We contacted your department and were able to make an appointment with Jack Przedborski. Jack went above and beyond to assist us with this matter, supporting us with home visits, taking our instructions and preparing the necessary Statements to be witnessed and signed. Jack not only acted with professionalism and clarity, but was also very compassionate and empathic with regards to our circumstances. Jack is a credit to the high standards of your company, and we will not hesitate to contact Hegarty in the future if we require legal assistance of any kind.       I had a really positive experience throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent from the start, and everything was explained clearly and professionally, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Isabella handled everything in a calm and organised way and always seemed to lead matters in the right direction. We achieved a reasonably good outcome, and I genuinely felt supported throughout. I also really appreciated the help in arranging a payment plan, which made things far more manageable for me.
