Can't recommend enough !!
Having put my property through property auction company BTG Eddisons they recommended using Brown Turner Ross Solicitors for the sale. While I'm normally quite sceptical of companies recommending associated companies they suggest, I thought in this instance Eddisons were unlikely to recommend a solicitor that would make the process harder for themselves as well so I went with this solicitor. As selling a property via an auction was not a process I had ever been through before it was all quite daunting and I needed as much help / advice as possible and that's exactly what I got. Great advice / great guidance and a good deal of patience ! During the first part of the legal process Keira was largely my point of call then during the later part of the legal process Shay was the main person I dealt with and both were invaluable. As legal completion is the ultimate goal you are trying to get to because that's when you get the money in your bank Shay was a huge part of that process and his guidance and advice was excellent. His response to emails was always very prompt and his knowledge of the process was apparent every time I had to ask yet another question to which he always had the answer. So a great big thank you to everyone involved in my sale / completion.
