Having never put a property through an auction before I needed all the help I could get ! From.excgabge through to completion I largely dealt with a guy called Shay who was excellent. His knowledge and guidance was invaluable and the rest of the team I was in contact prior to Shay were also very helpful.

The previous solicitor I was using was never available to speak to. I was kept out of the loop as to how things were progressing and treated more like a number than a person. I was put in touch with Brown Turner Ross by a second party. Immediately the change was noticeable. I was regularly emailed with up dates, reassured, and given a peace of mind the previous company failed to do. I would whole heartedly recommend them.
