Poor service. Frustrating level of time taken for transaction to complete.. Over 6 months. Asked on a number of occasions for information they already had. We have used their services previously for conveyancing and wills and they were excellent. We have now moved our wills to a different solicitor and will not use again for conveyancing.
Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that the transaction time did not meet your expectations, unfortunately we do not have control over the responsiveness of the other sides conveyancer which attributed to a slight delay at the start of the transaction.

Can't praise them enough really. We bought a house with them. Online process worked well, easily contactable via email or phone and returned all contact promptly. They actively chased other side and kept us up to date throughout the process. Not a single complaint.
