Police used excessive force and caused injury to my face when arresting me at my house when i refused them entry. They then unarrested me after causing severe discomfort with the cuffs.

Disgusting company on the polices side at every stage only intersted in getting x amount with minimum effort, this company would never value my claim from the start, they will then blackmail you on the basis of not proceeding to accept the first amount they say, and will only instruct barristers on an amount they say of close region of, there is no negotiotion, they will reject any legitimate complaint, they might then drop aspects of your case like they did with me, jusy because the police tampered with evidence and did not write things down, such as human rights breaches, in my case sussex police refused to write down that i asked for medical attention. They did not provode any cell footage or intercom recording to prove my version of events, they then bought me a rail ticket to get to the hospital , this is all recorded the interaction in this video proves they had prior knowledge, they will then drop human rights aspects of your case at a late stage, and then keep other easy aspects on a retainer so they still get money, you are literally stuck with them, they will then tell you to find other solicitor to do wjat they nevet did, then they get paid at the end of it anyway. In my case they never sent me for the medical appointments promised in tye original letter, and they also never wrote to my doctors despite taking down their information. On one accasion the receptionist became extreemly abrupt and when i recorded the call she said im not allowed, I will be uploading this to youtube. I was also accused of dishonesty regarding handcuff injuries, despite medical appointments for nerve damage, numbness and x rays and soft tissue damage appointments. None of this was seen by this company. The amount of compensation is supposed to reflect suffering and all damages, none of my medical files were ever looked at. If you use them you will have no choice but to accept the low amount they say, or be left with nothing and possible be threatened with cost. I will be creating a video on youtube that has all their emails and phone recording to show the whole rotten experiance I look forward to your narsarsitic passive aggresive responce. I will not be removing this so dont even ask.

My experience with Satchell Moran Solicitors has been very positive, in particular with Stephen and Louise. They accepted my disrepair claim again the landlord, were very patient with me explaining the whole process and replying to my questions, and in less than 4 months I got my compensation and the landlord is taking actions to fix the problem after waiting for over 2 years.

They guided me through the entire housing disrepair process from start to finish, acted extremely quickly, held my landlord to account, and successfully secured an out-of-court settlement while ensuring the necessary repairs were carried out. Their professionalism, communication, dedication, and support made a difficult and stressful situation much easier to navigate. One thing I would ask people to bear in mind when considering this firm is the level of work involved in these cases. Throughout my entire claim, I did not pay a penny upfront. A barrister was instructed in my case, multiple in-house solicitors worked on the matter, and a property surveyor was also involved. In my situation, the firm initially funded all of these costs. Yes, they take a percentage from any compensation awarded and an After the Event (ATE) insurance premium may apply. However, these cases can be lengthy and complex, and it is important to appreciate the amount of work, expertise, and financial risk the firm undertakes on behalf of its clients. Most importantly, they listened to my concerns, kept me informed, and treated me with consideration and respect throughout what was a very stressful ordeal. I am genuinely grateful for the support I received and would not hesitate to return to Satchell Moran Solicitors should I ever experience further problems with a landlord in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone pursuing a housing disrepair claim.

Dreadful company. Tried to get advice on ongoing police harassment situation. Was pestered by this company by phone and email until I could return the call. Trying to explain my situation but wasn't able to get past the arrest part. Lady on the phone didn't listen or give me opportunity to explain and became very rude and dismissive. This company doesn't care about people. Its only aim is to see if they can make a fast profit. If they decide in a 5 minutes call that you are no use to them they become rude and arrogant. Very unprofessional. These are ambulance chasing cowboys. If you have a real legit complaint, seek out a reputable professional solicitor. Not these clowns.
