Established in 2015, Satchell Moran Solicitors was founded by sister and brother, Paula Satchell and Terry Moran. Having gained over 40 years of combined experience in dealing, in the main with personal injury litigation, the duo decided to start a firm that meets with, not only the ever-changing business climate, but more importantly the ever-changing requests for legal assistance from their clients, both existing and new. In the initial stages, it was decided to integrate their business, with the changing legal climate, in tandem with the customers’ needs at the forefront. It was decided to employ legal experts in other areas of law and litigation, thus broadening our ability to assist our customers. This they believe has been achieved by recruiting a highly experienced, motivated team, who perform assiduously, with an acute understanding of managing our customer’s requirements in a diligent way. Probably one of the worst solicitors I’ve ever had to engage with. Had to submit evidence 3 times and they still claim I never sent it. When I screen shot it snd gave it to them. They don’t read anything are lazy and totally wasted months of our time. Please do not use they don’t have a clue when it comes to police matters either. Wasted months and they’re clearly corrupt too. As a reply to your ridiculous comment underneath. You continuously asked for a PSD investigation letter that didn’t exist. And I had two reviews from the IOPC upheld. A housing ombudsman review upheld and an IOC complaint upheld as the solicitor refused to give me my file. All relevant but youre too lazy to actually read anything. I can upload the email ive just sent you proving I sent in information you asked for in July. It’s not just me saying youre corrupt to s it. Read the other reviews. 🤣🤣
We do not accept that this review accurately reflects the circumstances of the matter. Throughout our involvement, you were repeatedly asked to provide specific information and documentation required to properly assess and investigate your case. Despite those requests, the necessary information was not provided. Instead, we received a substantial volume of correspondence that was not relevant to the issues requiring investigation. In those circumstances, we reject any suggestion that delays were attributable to this firm. We also categorically refute the allegation of corruption, which is entirely unfounded and without any basis.
Up to now Satchell Moran and the team have been super friendly and very professional Mia and Luke who have been dealing with my problem have been excellent and hopefully when I hear back from them again they will bring me good news im sure.Highly recommend if anybody needs help with anything.

When your home is in a state of disrepair it is your landlords responsibility to fix it !! In our case there was several holes in the roof causing significant mould and damp . My housing association were asked politely over several years to fix it . Their own surveyors told them they had to fix it and instead of this they blamed me for “drying washing in the house”??!! Finally I contacted Satchell Moran and now our things are not being destroyed by mould and damp . My children finally have a safe space to sleep and play . Thank you to the whole team here who worked hard. on our behalf we tried and couldn’t do it without you xx
