Good honest service and advice certainly.But obviously embittered unpleasant divorces cost astronomical amounts of money and are mentally,financially, destroying.So it can cause resentment to everyone.However despite this and such tenuous circumstances I do recognise the work and genuine fight for my interests.Which did raise my self esteem and confidence in my lowest/darkest/safest place in life.As you know I recently got my settlement having waited 10 years(felt like an eternity..)However life goes on and I intend to enjoy it and maximise everything.AMEN.Thank you all and hopefully many others will also come through the other side and will in time also fully appreciate your help.

Absolutely have no worlds to say thank you to Lucy Newton and Abigail David they made the impossible become possible. My earlier solisyter who was recommended me by IDVA and rating like really good couldn’t help me with discharge PSO over 1,5 years when I moved to Lucy care - she did it less then few months time , despite any other professional suggestions what wasn’t give me any chance for success of my case - she did it .This matte was really important and specially delicate for me like I’m oryginaly from Poland and my little boy wasn’t allowed meet grandparents or any other member of my family via controlling behaviour of my ex- partner This cause loads of distress and had significant effect on my and my little boy life, but Lucy just did it , despite any logical arguments : this would be not possible at the stage of our case , Hovewer because of her hard work and professional knowledge what she use she made not possible become to possible I do believe there is no thing impossible at family court for her and no words expressing my gratitude

From start to finish, BTG communicated effectively and were able to promptly solve issues with accessing documents whilst I was based in another country without access to a UK number. A smooth process that took all the stress out of selling a property. Highly recommended.

Sarah Warburton’s conduct falls well below the professional and ethical standards expected of a solicitor. Her litigation strategy relies heavily on fabricating artificial deadlines and utilizing high-pressure tactics evidently designed to exploit and intimidate unrepresented individuals. Rather than engaging with the actual facts or addressing documented concerns, her approach is entirely adversarial. The moment her heavy-handed pressure is met with firm boundaries and a demand for accountability, she goes completely silent. This inability to respond demonstrates that her strategy lacks any real professional substance or competence. This combative style of practice is an embarrassment to the profession; avoid this firm at all costs.

I need a good lawyer to tell my story of living in Riverside housing associations Ormskirk horrendous time here bullying issues and bullying management. & POLICE .???????need a good lawyer re,affects of dead tenant left for 7 weeks,I have cancer of the nostrils,etc,6 years of breathing in backterial urine smell from tenat urinating under front door of is flat causing backteria smell for 6 years ,causing backteria smell,eyes and nose breathing problems & kills aquatic life,,also poison & toxic Airfreshnerss installed. in communal corridors,for 18 months until fire man had them removed due to if theirs a fire in building & they put water on them it would release poisonous & toxic gases,they were remove by management I n 2 hours,& also continuous smoking & vaporing in communal corridors & firedoors wedge open warden knows of this but dose nothing after continuous warming,,I’m now in hospital again,kind regards Thomas platt,riverside chapel court chapel mews ,ormskirk,
I Went About My Partners Will Sorell and All Her Team Where Very Professional At All Times, kept Me Updated,and Nothing Was A Trouble.They Are A Credit to Brown Turner Ross .
Total disgusting spent time and money they completely let me down. They sold the property before and when I went back 10 days later after I paid money, they told me we’re not dealing with. I would not recommend them at all as they did not send the forms out was only sent by email. Had to go somewhere and pay for them to be printed off then I had to take it to a solicitor to shine a copy of my passport. This went son for well over a week and then when I arrived at Southport. They told me they weren’t doing any They never offered any money at laid out just off your pop
These are rogue solicitors. I had a property conveyancing job coming from Solicitor namley Kevin Ross. He left the firm took over 6 months to even realise that was going on. Please be wary, they are, they don't communicate, they don't tell you what needs to be done. They re absolutely disgrace specially when it comes to convencing and are absolutely inadequate for the job. my solicitor called him over to 49 times and nothing to any avail, please keep away. once again to sum up solicitors, that don't communicate over 8 months shouldn't be in the job. to close the matter, the buyer have to change solicitors, and I think in today's world if you need to change solicitors after 6 months, they should not be in the job in representing anybody.
