Graham took over my TOLATA case as the matter had failed to be progressed by another legal firm. Graham was already handling another case for me so I was comfortable and confident in his ability to get matters moving. Graham is so thorough and leaves no stone unturned. He always had my best interests in mind. His commitment and tenacity was clear to see, and I was always kept up to date with clear and concise communication and advice. Graham takes things personally when his clients are treated unfairly and will not stand for it. I just know that I was and remain in the best hands. I am sorry to say that my loyalty is not necessarily with Brown Turner Ross, but it is with Graham Twist personally. He attended every single hearing with me, he turned around his schedule to make that happen, he even attended a full working day at my property.
