    S21 preparation and processing regarding 1,Adey Close, Aylsham.

    Harriet has successfully prepared and processed the S21 notice with skill full contact with both landlord and tenant. As a result all communications were agreeable and pleasant experiences. Therefore, a potentially stressful situation was carefully monitored by Harriet resulting in a successful outcome.     I used Hansells as my Solicitors for a resent property purchase and would very much use them again. They weren't the cheapest option, but were very much worth it. My Solicitor, kept me updated regularly, and answered any questions I had. More importantly they were on top of everything and any delays were very much a case of waiting for a reply or action from the sellers Solicitors.

    Having recently used Hansells for the sale of my shared ownership property, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Sue Lloyd made the whole process simple and efficient. As these matters do, especially being shared ownership, it took time from start to completion but Sue dealt with everything quickly and efficiently. I was kept updated regularly and if I ever had any queries Sue was very responsive and helpful.

      I can't fault Sara Young who dealt with my parents probate and wills. She knew exactly what she was doing, and asked all necessary questions, answered all my questions and responded promptly to all communications. Would definitely use her again, in fact have done so mine and my wife's wills, for which Sara was again excellent. Fees seem about average.
